PENNY's Comments:
For this category, I weighed feasibility along with patient outcomes and societal impact more heavily than the other categories. This resulted in a top three of Evoque tricuspid system, Guardant360 biomarkers, and BioFire diagnostics, all of which are clinically relevant and well validated. Next is LungFit PH just ahead of Symplicity Spyral based on feasibility of execution, with the remaining candidates falling lower because of limited evidence on outcomes.
