In the case of the Prize for Public Sector Innovation, we accept nominations for innovations that have been wholly - or majority - funded and developed by funding by the NHS or not-for-profit organisations. These innovations should have enabled uptake of pharmaceutical products, devices and technologies at scale within the NHS and have had an important impact on the health of the population. Where relevant we assume that nominees possess permission of the current owner(s) of the product rights. Please complete relevant boxes
