  • Candidates Section: Any candidate interested in submitting an application for the Best Pharmaceutical Agent, or the Best Biotechnology Product, or the Best Medical Technology must provide us with the following information: (i) name of candidate, (ii) phone number, (iii) email address, and (iv) product information, including drug or device name, compound technical name, date received marketing approval in the USA, trade name, indications, background, development, and innovation. All candidates are required to create a unique password for their account. You must keep this password safe and must not disclose it to anyone as it enables You to access Your information. The site enables You to change Your password at any time. We will accept no responsibility or liability if a third party obtains and uses Your password. You must tell us immediately if You believe a third party may have obtained this information.
  • Individual Section: Individuals interested in purchasing tickets to either The Prix Galien USA Awards Ceremony and/or The Galien Forum may do so on our site. Information we collect to book Your reservations include Your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number. We may also ask You whether You have any special dietary requirements for the Prix Galien USA Awards Ceremony dinner. In addition, payments made for tickets to either The Prix Galien USA Awards Ceremony and/or The Galien Forum is done by using a credit card.
