What is the logo deadline?

The extended deadline for logos is September 21, 2026. Upload them in Company/Product Logos.

Can I share my nomination and medallion?

What are the size and file specifications?

Trim size: 8 1/16 × 10 3/4 inches. Bleed: 0.125 inch. Live area: 7.125 × 10 inches. Supply a press-ready PDF with trim marks and check it in preflight.

We are a startup or solution, not a product. Does the ad apply?

Yes. Provide the one-page corporate ad and ignore product-specific fields that do not apply to the nominated work. For the Best Startup category, the spread is distributed digitally.

Is the corporate ad included in the submission package?

Yes. The corporate ad is part of the submission package.

What is the Corporate Ad deadline?

The deadline has passed. Please upload your one-page Corporate Ad as a press-ready PDF from your dashboard as soon as possible.

Can we decline the Corporate Ad?

Yes. Use the decline link in your Corporate Ad reminder, then click Confirm on the confirmation page. This only stops the Corporate Ad reminders. Your nomination and your spread, built from your submission text, are unchanged.

How do we request changes to the abstract?

Save the replacement wording in Company Spread Abstract. If a spread proof is already available, record the requested corrections in Company Spread and review the final proof there.

Who prepares the spread and where do I review it?

The design team prepares the spread using the corporate ad and abstract. Open Company Spread in your nominee dashboard to review the uploaded proof.

When will the proof be ready?

If a proof is already available in Company Spread, review it as soon as possible. If it is still in preparation, the team will notify you when it is uploaded.

How do I approve the proof or request corrections?

Select Approved in Company Spread, or select Not approved and upload a marked-up PDF with your comments. Review an available proof as soon as possible. At publication cutoff, we use the last approved version; if no version has been approved, we use the version as it stands. The same rule applies to Best Startup spreads, which are published digitally.

Can we replace the spokesperson or update the biography?

The GWI information is now final, so it is too late to replace the spokesperson or update the biography.

Is the short description required, and what should it cover?

The 100-word Short Description is optional. Describe your nominated product or solution in no more than 100 words for the Galien Foundation website. It is separate from the longer Company Spread Abstract.

Is there a simple outline I can use?

You can describe the need, your approach and the intended benefit, using facts from your submission and staying within 100 words. This is a suggested outline, not an official nominee example.

What if the description does not save or loses formatting?

For a save error, open a ticket via My support tickets on your dashboard. The portal field is plain text: keep the ® character in your wording and review trademark formatting in the final Company Spread proof.

Hall of FameOptional · October 2

Is the Hall of Fame required, and who should be included?

Hall of Fame participation is optional. It recognizes the colleagues behind your nominated work whose contribution you want acknowledged.

What details should I enter?

Enter first name, last name and email for each colleague, up to the published limit of 20 entries. LinkedIn is optional and no biography is requested.

Do we need portraits?

A portrait is optional. The Hall of Fame portrait field accepts JPG, PNG or WEBP.

What is the extended deadline?

The extended Hall of Fame deadline is October 2, 2026. Participation remains optional.

What if entries disappear when I save?

Complete first name, last name and email for each entry, then save. If the entries still disappear, open a ticket via My support tickets on your dashboard.

Is there a public page for each individual?

The existing Hall of Fame presentation appears in the Media Kit and the Laureates section of the Foundation website. Individual profiles are part of a future initiative and are not a currently available publication.

Should we prepare before knowing the result?

Yes. Prepare the acceptance transcript and one slide in advance in case your nomination wins. Winners are not notified in advance.

Who should be listed and how long should the speech be?

Enter the full name and title of your chosen representative in Acceptance Speech. Keep the transcript within both limits: 200 words and 3 minutes.

What should the slide look like?

Prepare one simple slide with the company or organization name and logo, plus an optional brief introduction. Use 16:9, a dark or neutral background and minimal, readable text. Export it as a PDF for upload.

Why is my PowerPoint file rejected?

Export the single PowerPoint slide as a PDF and upload that file in Acceptance Speech. The upload field described in the dashboard accepts DOC, DOCX or PDF, not PowerPoint.

What is the deadline for the speech and slide?

The extended deadline for both the acceptance speech and slide is October 2, 2026. Save the final files and representative details in your dashboard.

Can we change the speech or representative until the event day?

Please provide the final version and representative details by October 2, 2026. Changes after that are not normally accepted; exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually.

Open Guest List or Manage Guests in your nomination dashboard. Add each guest and select Galien Forum, Awards Ceremony or both, according to your confirmed allocation, then save.

Which details do I need for each guest?

Enter Salutation (Dr / Mr / Ms), First name, Last name, Title, Company, Email, Event and Dietary preference (if any). Choose the applicable event in your Guest List.

What if the dashboard shows an old allocation?

Try a hard refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, or use an incognito/private window. If the displayed number still seems wrong, open a ticket via My support tickets on your dashboard.

How can I check that the guests were saved?

Review the saved names and event selections in Guest List, and complete any missing fields. If the saved list remains inconsistent, open a ticket via My support tickets on your dashboard.

What is the guest-list deadline?

The guest-list deadline has passed. Please RSVP as soon as possible and complete Guest List in your dashboard.

How many places does our nomination include?

Check the allocation displayed in your nominee dashboard. If an allocation needs review, open a ticket via My support tickets on your dashboard.

How do we arrange additional daytime tickets?

Manage ticket needs in your nominee dashboard. The active additional daytime option described in the dashboard is Individual Forum Ticket. A request does not confirm a purchase or allocation.

How do I use the daytime passes included in our package?

Add the attendee details in Guest List and select the daytime event for each person attending. Review the saved names and the remaining allocation in the dashboard.

When will I receive my pass and what do I need to enter?

How does the networking platform work?

What are the evening schedule and dress code?

Cocktail Reception and Red Carpet Photos: 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM ET. Dinner, Awards Ceremony and Closing Remarks: 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM ET. Black tie is encouraged but optional for the Awards Ceremony.

When should we arrive and where is our certificate?

We kindly ask attendees to arrive by 6:00 PM ET, allowing ample time during the cocktail reception for professional red carpet photos. We will welcome you at the reception desks, where your nominee certificate will be available. We encourage your attendees to showcase the certificate at the photo walls.

When are ceremony passes sent and what identification is needed?

Ceremony passes will be emailed to all registered attendees on Monday, October 26, using the email addresses provided during registration. Please ask your guests to check their spam or junk folders if they do not receive the message. Printing the pass is not necessary; it may be presented digitally if requested. A ceremony pass is not required for entry. Each guest only needs a valid government-issued ID at reception, where our team will check their name against the guest list.

Can we request seats next to particular guests?

The Foundation manages the seating plan and cannot accommodate individual seating requests, given the scale of the event.

How do I approve the proof or request corrections?

Select Approved in Company Spread, or select Not approved and upload a marked-up PDF with your comments. Review an available proof as soon as possible. At publication cutoff, we use the last approved version; if no version has been approved, we use the version as it stands. The same rule applies to Best Startup spreads, which are published digitally.

Is the short description required, and what should it cover?

The 100-word Short Description is optional. Describe your nominated initiative in no more than 100 words for the Galien Foundation website. It is separate from the longer Company Spread Abstract.

Is there a simple outline I can use?

You can describe the need, your approach and the intended benefit, using facts from your submission and staying within 100 words. This is a suggested outline, not an official nominee example.

What if the description does not save or loses formatting?

For a save error, open a ticket via My support tickets on your dashboard. The portal field is plain text: keep the ® character in your wording and review trademark formatting in the final Company Spread proof.

Is the Hall of Fame required, and who should be included?

Hall of Fame participation is optional. It recognizes the colleagues behind your nominated work whose contribution you want acknowledged.

What details should I enter?

Enter first name, last name and email for each colleague, up to the published limit of 20 entries. LinkedIn is optional and no biography is requested.

Do we need portraits?

The portrait field is hidden for Patient First. Enter the colleague details requested in your dashboard.

What is the extended deadline?

The extended Hall of Fame deadline is October 2, 2026. Participation remains optional.

What if entries disappear when I save?

Complete first name, last name and email for each entry, then save. If the entries still disappear, open a ticket via My support tickets on your dashboard.

Is there a public page for each individual?

The existing Hall of Fame presentation appears in the Media Kit and the Laureates section of the Foundation website. Individual profiles are part of a future initiative and are not a currently available publication.

Should we prepare before knowing the result?

Yes. Prepare the acceptance transcript and one slide in advance in case your nomination wins. Winners are not notified in advance.

Who should be listed and how long should the speech be?

Enter the full name and title of your chosen representative in Acceptance Speech. Keep the transcript within both limits: 200 words and 3 minutes.

What should the slide look like?

Prepare one simple slide with the company or organization name and logo, plus an optional brief introduction. Use 16:9, a dark or neutral background and minimal, readable text. Export it as a PDF for upload.

Why is my PowerPoint file rejected?

Export the single PowerPoint slide as a PDF and upload that file in Acceptance Speech. The upload field described in the dashboard accepts DOC, DOCX or PDF, not PowerPoint.

What is the deadline for the speech and slide?

The extended deadline for both the acceptance speech and slide is October 2, 2026. Save the final files and representative details in your dashboard.

Can we change the speech or representative until the event day?

Please provide the final version and representative details by October 2, 2026. Changes after that are not normally accepted; exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually.

Where do I register guests?

Open Guest List or Manage Guests in your nomination dashboard. Add each guest, select Patient Summit, then save.

Which details do I need for each guest?

Enter Salutation (Dr / Mr / Ms), First name, Last name, Title, Company, Email, Event and Dietary preference (if any). Choose the applicable event in your Guest List.

What if the dashboard shows an old allocation?

Try a hard refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, or use an incognito/private window. If the displayed number still seems wrong, open a ticket via My support tickets on your dashboard.

How can I check that the guests were saved?

Review the saved names and event selections in Guest List, and complete any missing fields. If the saved list remains inconsistent, open a ticket via My support tickets on your dashboard.

How many places does our nomination include?

Check the allocation displayed in your nominee dashboard. If an allocation needs review, open a ticket via My support tickets on your dashboard.

There is no printed ticket to bring. You will receive a confirmation email with your pass 3 days before the event, and a valid government-issued ID at the door is all that is needed.

How does the networking platform work?

Access to the networking platform will be sent to each registered guest ahead of the event. Registered attendees can arrange one-to-one meetings through the platform. Please be patient as profiles are added. If few profiles are visible at first, return one week later.

Can we receive the complete attendee list?

For security and compliance reasons, a full attendee list is not shared. Only registered attendees who opt in and agree to make their profile visible can be seen and contacted through the networking platform.
