Foundational Support for Health Innovation- Incubators, Accelerators and Equity
Presented by the Galien Foundation in partnership with Business France, the Prix Galien Award on Incubators, Accelerators and Equity – Foundational Support for Health Innovation would be given periodically – not necessarily annually – to an individual or an institution whose cumulative committment has:
1 led to novel, medically significant understandings around biology and disease pathways, the application of which has resulted in the opening of new fields for drug discovery: and
2 translation of this research into specific therapeutic interventions that benefit patients, including products that may have been previously recognized as such by the Prix Galien.
Eligibility:
Founders and Leaders of Incubators, Accelerators, Venture Capital and Private Equity Firms who institute, support, encourage and sponsor science-based businesses that invent new modalities or therapeutic approaches to tackle the huge unmet needs in human health.
the Prix Galien USA – Incubator encourages and rewards the most innovative Incubators, Accelerators and Venture Funds.
